White Winter Vest

White with baby blue trim women’s cold weather vest. I loved pairing this with a long sleeved black tee, skinny jeans, and boots on chilly days! Pockets are functional (see picture!) The zippers and snaps are all intact and functional. Blue mark near zipper. Circled for better view.
