White and Blue Floral Dress

Gorgeous dress! Brand new but came to me without tags! Purchased from an online boutique and this was a custom made piece and was the very last piece! Purchased online as a size S but came really small fit sized small! So it should have been an XS. Tight top part (best fits A sized bra, or B if you want to keep open like I did!) and flare skirt style. You can do the movie style twirls with it!! Lookkssss soooo preettttyyy! Slight balloon style sleeves Sizing written below! Sizing: Armpit to armpit is 17 inches Waist is 14.5 inches Arm length from shoulder to cuff is 23 inches (slight balloon style sleeve) Fabric is nylon / polyester feel Buttons have a very small wiggle room because they are rubber band hooks onto a button. So the rubber band part stretches slightly Waist part down was perfect sizing for me! But I usually prefer a baggier fit Has SLITS!!! I was wearing black top and black leggings underneath and nothing was showing from underneath the white, so it is most definitely not see-through white fabric! Don’t you worry!!! For reference I am 5’5” or 165 cm, wearing a B-cup bra, US size 4, EU size 38. Sport-chic style dress that you can wear to a fancy date, day out with the girlies, or even to the beach!
