White and Blue Patterned Dress - size XL

Beautiful, casual dress by splendid. Primarily a grayish white color (not super bright) with 2 tones of blue patterns. 100% viscose so very soft texture. Worn one time, it is essentially new condition!! Little elastic or ruched areas give it a great shape.
