White and Blue Printed Off-the-Shoulder Dress

Adorable white off the shoulder sundress with blue dots. This retails on Lulus for $68. I’ve worn it once, and it is incredibly comfortable. It’s an XS so it fits anywhere between sizes 00-4 (I’m a 2/4 for reference). Smocked top with flowey skirt that hits just above the knee for me (I’m 5’5).
