White and Blue print mini dress

This dress is for someone who is rather short, 5'3 or less.... unless if worn as a tunic. Only worn twice. This dress has a white background and asian-like dark blue print throughout the dress, as well, as the bottom. It flares a bit when worn. Size small, but runs very small (xs). Perfect to walk around with though!
