White and cream color dress. Bodice is velvet like. Skirt is lined and has 3 layers of tulle. Top tulle layer has golden embroidered stars or snowflakes. Three button closure in back. Measures about 12.5 inches pit-to-pit and about 27 inches shoulder to hem.
