White and Green Baby Bloomers Machine Knitted with Green Lace on legs and ribbons. The size is not listed so here are the measurements: Hip to Hip 9", Length from the waist to the ruffle leg 9" . It looks as though these can fit to above the knee or just beneath it. The bottom of the bloomer are ruffled and also have sweet white ribbons that can be tied into a bow. This can be unisex. These little bloomers are in excellent vintage condition. I think the elastic around the waist is worn out.
