These layer 8 brand leggings are great for exercise or a cute outfit! They aren’t super high waisted but not low rise either (the waistband falls just below the belly button) and the come down to my ankle bone (I’m 5’5”). They are not see through at all which is awesome for white leggings!! No pockets.
