White and black prom dress

80$ Only worn once. Covered in glitter(makes it sparkley, it came this way) from J.C.Penny. I paid 200. I'm size 7 in jeans and 34 in bras. But it can handle up to a 38 im pretty sure. Most dresses I'm a size 9. This says 11.
