White and black top

Pretty light and airy top by CeCe, size XS (but could probably fit size S), elbow length sleeves with small ruffles, 100% polyester, machine wash cold. The white fabric is somewhat sheer with a white lining and the black flowers are stitched on in a very pretty pattern. Also very comfortable.
