White and blue flow dress. Has a tie to cuten it up a bit.

Size medium and pretty true to size especially with the tie you can make into a cute bow. It’s flattering with a nice V knock but not too short by the knees. I got matching ones withh my daughter and she grew out of hers so I figured why keep mine.
