White and blue flower dress

Honestly I'm not a big fan of flowery designs, but this probably the prettiest thing I've ever seen. I've had it for a couple of years and it doesn't fit anymore:( anyhow, there are adjustable straps so you can fit it comfortably. I bought it from Macys or jcpenny. Wore it once!
