White and teal embroidered special occasion dress

Adorable a-line dress, it is embroidered in teal with some sequins. There is also a teal sash. It is a 9/10, but fits more like a 4. I sewed the top of the neck (where it's elastic) because it was too low cut for me. There is tulle underneath the dress to make it flare out.
