White blouse with diamanté buttons

This is a beautiful white blouse with a ruffled collar and diamanté buttons. I was told that it was a Kate Spade shirt (it was sold as a set with a Kate spade skirt) but it doesn’t have a label in it. I would estimate this is between a 2 and a 4- I’m a 6 and it’s too tight in the bust for me.
