White blouse with mesh skirt

White button-up blouse with attached white tulle skirt and tie belt. Worn once as a take on a Taylor Swift look, pinned flowers to it and wore with jeans. Paid $38 on Amazon. It does run small. I usually buy an XL in this style but purchased an XXL, and it worked. Has a pin sized mark on it as shown in picture.
