White cap sleeve dress with sheer top

White By Zoé dress with a button down sheer top and lined skirt (so bottom is not sheer, but top is minus the pockets and cap sleeves). Super cute for summer, I think I wore this once. Size tag is cut out but it fits like a S or XS.
