White cardigan women’s or juniors small

Goes to the middle of the thigh with a wrap belt in belt loops. Made by goldengirl. Size small. Made of woven knit fabric I think (but I don’t know for sure). Good contiion except for a small fray on the left cuff (see last picture). It’s an easy fix for someone that can hem it about 1/4 inch. Non smoking home. No returns.
