White cocktail dress size 4 NWT

This pretty dress by Scarlett features a top that blouses out a little over the lacy bottom. It is fully lined. The back has a light blousy layer which opens over the full coverage layer. It really drapes beautifully. The shoulders feature pearl detailing. This dress is new with tags, never worn. Although it looks wide in the pictures, it is not. It’s a true size 4, it is somewhat fitted.
