White cold shoulder dress

This is a cold shoulder dress with beautiful Aztec style embroidery in the neck line. The off shoulder pieces have elastic to help keep them up. The bottom is quite thick and it’s very well made. I bought this, washed it and never wore it. It’s brand new, never worn. Size large but quite small through the chest area
