White cowboy boots

brand new, never worn cowboys boots the size says 36... which when I googled it says it is about a 6. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and while I can get my foot in the boot it is too tight. I feel like it is closer to a 6 / 6 1/2. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I wish these fit because they are beautiful.
