White cream boutique sweater with flare sleeves

Brand is grade & gather. Bought at luxury boutique last year. Worn and washed maybe 3-4 times. Slight pilling only on bottom hem, probably easily de pilled. Flare sleeve with tie feature as seen in picture. Very flattering cut, just not practical sleeves for my like or work.
