White distressed and frayed Sweater

ADORABLE bright white distressed and oversized shoulder (seam is off the shoulder) cable knit sweater. Daughter took out the label/tag and i cannot remember the brand or size. But it is probably a Medium. Measurements are: 12 inches from shoulder seam to neck, 23 inches width across the sweater front from side to side (36 inches all the way around), and then the arm length from shoulder seam to end of sleeve (fringe) is 17.5 inches.
