This is an off white dress. It is missing the belt but will throw the one on the picture for you. It needs to be cleaned since I don't want to ruin the dress with my bad water system here. It has very light finger markings but not noticeable and will come out with washing.

@clothes4you_all hello no I believe it was lint, but I posted another picture without it. The other parts that are dirty are really hard to picture because they are not that noticeable. I posted more pics as well. My water system is bad, and it makes all my whites turn yellowish (that is why I have not washed it). The marks should go away once it is washed.
