White dress, size M

Francesca’s brand. Size M. White dress that’s about knee-length on me (I’m about 5’3”-5’4”) The top has a rubbery band that helps the neck and shoulders stay in place. The skirt of the dress is a heavier fabric. Dress has a little stretch to it. There are some very small spots in a couple places that I have not tried to wash out.
