White dress with black lace on bottom

I bought this dress for a formal dance and I never got a chance to wear it. I wish it still fit me. Never worn, originally $88, size 3. Silk feel with two rows of black lace on the skirt, white spaghetti straps and a black ribbon for around the waist. A little tulle on the bottom but it doesn't make it too poofy.
