White dress with colorful accent and diagonal ruffle

The dress is hard to describe, but it is very chic when worn. Bodice has multi-colored accent on one shoulder as well as diagonal accent ruffle. It is linen, hence wrinkles, but it irons quite nicely. Always remember that linen wrinkles are “rich wrinkles.” Normally I would not be caught dead wearing ruffles, but this ruffle is chic and somehow tailored. It is made in Mexico, where I bought it at a Puerto Vallarta boutique. The size is Medium, but it’s a small medium, more like a 6. It’s really quite exquisite when on the correct size body (in other words, not mine anymore). I think I wore it twice in November in Mexico, but by the time summer came, it no longer fit. It is lined, and there is no stretch!
