White dress with navy pattern, feels like silk

White dress with navy pattern, feels like silk, but there are zero tags in this dress. I think it's between a 6/8, but there's no stretch to it at all. It was given to me by a retailer friend whose? inventory averages $60/dress. It is lined with an equally silky materia, but feels more like polyester lining, with a little bit of a stretch.
