White elegant v neck top

I wore this 5 years ago for my engagement photo shoot that was it. It has not been worn ever since. It needs a home to be worn!!!!! 😀😀 it can be tied in the front or back or not tied either way. It has a v neck that has space around the neck. It would be a good wear for a date or engagement photo all glam up with heels! It can be iron or steamed of your choice.
