Here is another pretty white blouse but this one is special because of the lace and sequined shoulder panels. The embellishment adds sparkle but is understated. The back hem is slightly longer than the front. The sleeves are puffed at the elbow. Blouse is by I.N. San Francisco. Size is small. The fabric is 100% polyester and has a nice drape. Hand wash is recommended.
