White embellished gown

This evening gown is all white. It's reasonably fancy/formal, but not too much. It can be used for attending a wedding or prom or some bougie event. It is long, reaching an the way to the floor. there are shoulder straps as well and halter strings that tie around the neck. I imagine it could even be used as a wedding dress for someone who isn't very pretensious. The brand is OC ❤️ OC. It was purchased second hand from an online reseller and hasn't been worn since then. I'm not certain that it's ever been worn, though it doesn't have tags.
