White embroidered tulle dress

I wore this beautiful dress to my hs homecoming. It has a very detailed design on the chest and sleeve area and flows out like a tulle skirt. Although the dress is labeled medium, I think a small is a more accurate description. I bought this at Chicwish.com and their sizing runs a bit small. Comment for more info.
