White extra fine cotton shirt or dress

White, extra fine cotton that seems like silk in every way except that this is washable, shirt. I call it a shirt but it goes over the hips and some might consider it a dress. The bottom hem is double lined, as is the collar. The rest of the shirt/dress is a lighter, more see through cotton. The top is extremely well made and in excellent condition.
