White eyelet blouse

International concept white semi sheer long sleeve blouse with eyelet detail. The cuffs of the blouse are elastic giving it's bell shaped appearance when worn. The bottom hem is finished and also has an elastic band approx. 1-2 inches from the bottom of the hem. It's lovely on and is beautiful to wear alone or under a blazer or sweater.
