White flutter sleeve dress

This dress punches above its weight class! Inexpensive brand with an expensive look and feel to it. Great cut. Would be great for a bridal shower, engagement party, or rehearsal dinner. I wore it to a fundraising white party. Slight flutter sleeve. Lined. Textured, but can’t quite tell unless you’re close (see photo).
