White flutter sleeve floral blouse

Super cute, soft white blouse with blue floral details. I love the buttons on the front! It’s a really lightweight, thin, breathable fabric. Not super opaque. There is some really light blue dye transfer, as shown in the photo of the sleeve, but it’s really light and hard to see. Non smoking home.
