White formal dress lace detail

Womens lulus xs white formal wedding dress. Worn once. Has three skirt layers, satin on bottom. Bottom has some dirt color but it was not washed after wearing so just needs cleaned. A couple snags on hem in material and thread but not noticeable a unless searching. Back is a few in head longer than front skirt. Wrinkled in a few spots from package and storing on hanger.
