White hi-low balloon sleeve blouse Sz S

EUC - worn once! Unbranded Sz Small Hi-low styling with balloon sleeves Verrrry flowy blouse! Has two layers of fabric so that it isn't too sheer but still need a white bra underneath. Got lots of complements when I wore to a conference for work. No fabric tag Please see pic for 1 small mark on left sleeve. Not sure if it will come out as I haven't tried. Any questions just ask!
