White iridescent sequin strapless dress size 4

Knee or just above knee length, white with iridescent/holographic sequin, pink bow, strapless sweetheart top. Brand is Betsey Johnson. I’ve never worn it, I see no flaws aside from one of the straps to hang it up is cut/detached (as shown in photo). I actually purchased this from someone else on Poshmark, but the top area definitely does not have enough room for my boobs. It’s a size 4, but would look and fit better on someone who is smaller chested.
