New, never worn. White knee length dress w blk felt flowers. Has a blk silk sash around waist. Has tulle and a white slip attached. Also has white shoulder straps. You can tie blk sash how tight you want. The 3rd pic is of the underneath w the 2 slips. The 1st, top one is white slip, and the 2nd is white slip w white ruffle edging to give a flare at the bottom of dress. Very nice party dress for multiple occasions. playhere2014 @clairevannette yes because it's not a straight fitted dress but it is a stretch material that flows. The dress does have a 2 slips underneath built in. The one slip has white tulle ruffle material at the trim of the slip so it doesn't lay as flat. So it seems you could put one but it depends on how full it was. I don't think a really full crinoline would look good but a regular one.

playhere2014 I took a pic of the slips underneath. The top(1) is the same length as the bottom, lifted higher for pics. You can see the bottom pic(2) the ruffles at the edge of slip.
