Is this still available? Where are the dark spots from? Can this be cleaned before purchasing

@ddaphneisha Hi! Yes the dress is still available! I’m not really sure where the dark spots are from since this dress has never been used it’s just been in storage! I’m sure this is something you can take off with a good wash or with the right products, I just don’t wanna get it to the dry cleaners since it’s new with tag! I’d prefer someone to do that! Let me know if you can see the spots okay or if you need more photos!
