White midi button down skirt with elastic belt

White button down skirt with elastic 80’s style belt. Sweet little skirt with covered button placket. Has some schmutz on the back (pictured) that I think happened while transporting it around for pics. So selling as is until I try to remove it. Skirt has some stretch to it as well.
