White mini dress with black polka dots

Dress has cap sleeves with a little opening in the back. The dress has a couple spots that have slight pilling and a couple spots on it. I have not tried to remove the pills or spots but I’m betting it could be easily done. This dress is so cute - I’m always debating selling it!
