White mini dress with wide flowing panel flaps

Very much a statement piece! Beautiful flowing sheer panels on the sides. Stretchy like material. Flattering shape with razor style back. Zipper fully functioning. Not the best quality pics, but much better on (unfortunately I am not xs to try on for pic). Has been worn for a graduation occasion. mini to midi in length depending on your height( On someone around 5 ft will be midi any taller might be mini). $65 OBO!
