White off the shoulder embroidered top

White off the shoulder long sleeve top with red white and blue embroidery on the sleeve. There are puff balls hanging by thread from the sleeve that are pink blue green and yellow. On one of the sleeves, there is a ball missing. Very festive and cute for summer!
