White off the shoulder top

Super cute off the shoulder bodycon, semi-cropped top from Express. I wore this once, but my chest is pretty big so I didn't really feel comfortable with the lack of shoulder straps and never wore it again, hence the wrinkles and fold lines. It'll look amazing on someone else though! Willing to negotiate and answer any questions you might have!
