White off the shoulder top with bell half sleeves.

Super affordable white off the shoulder lightweight half bell sleeve top. This shirt has never been warm but I did pull the tags off. Unfortunately it’s to big! I love the rose detail on the bell sleeve and the colors are neon orange, light blue and a dark forest green!
