White off-the shoulder flare ruffled sleeve romper

Brand new, white tag on, white romper/play suit. It has flared ruffled sleeves and I tie belt. The model pictured is wearing the same romper, but in black. I like it, it’s just too big. I’d buy it again but it’s sold out. This would be cute for a special occasion or just dressing up for the warm weather!
