White one-shoulder dress w/ black and silver belt

The dress is a white, one-shoulder polyester/cotton/spandex blend. There is a white ruffle down the front left and the dress zips up the back. The belt is black with black and silver sequin-like stones. The belt buttons in the back. The belt is not adjustable but super stretchy. I find that it fits more like an XS.
