White polka dot maxi dress!

Adorable pure white maxi dress with black polka dots. Cinched waist with faux buttons at the top. Size small, fits like a medium. Two low slits that move nicely when walking! Has a short slip underneath. No material tag but seems to be polyester. Only worn once, in great condition.
