White ruffle top with lace embroidered bottom

Beautifully made, white lace top with bell sleeves. Perfect for the fall weather. Fabric is very airy and comfortable. NWOT this top has never been worn and has been hanging in my closet since I bought it. I think it would be great for someone else! I just get white too dirty and don't want to ruin such a beautiful top.
